Abstract

|
The author was experienced two cases of clipping of ruptured anterior communicating aneurysm.
With surgical microscope the operations were successfully performed and the patients are living well without neurolgic sequellae.
In author opinion delayed surgery is more preferable in anterior commicating aneurysm.
